Non-Medical Care That Makes a Meaningful Difference.

We provide hands-on, non-medical support that helps individuals live safely, comfortably, and with dignity - at home and in other care settings when needed.

Non-medical care focuses on the day-to-day support that makes life easier, safer, and more manageable. While we do not provide medical treatment or clinical services, our care is active, attentive, and deeply supportive.

Our caregivers assist with daily routines, offer companionship, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment - all while respecting independence and personal preferences.

What Non-Medical Care Includes

Our services

  • Personal care support Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other daily hygiene needs - always with respect for privacy and independence.

  • Medication reminders Though we do not administer or manage medications; we do support medication routines by providing reminders and prompts. We assist with organization as directed and help ensure medications are taken on time.

  • Companionship and emotional support Meaningful presence, conversation, and engagement to reduce isolation and provide reassurance throughout the day.

  • Meal preparation and nutrition support Planning and preparing meals, assisting with mealtime routines, and ensuring nutritional needs are supported according to preferences and guidance.

  • Transportation to appointments and errands Accompaniment to appointments, grocery shopping, pharmacy visits, and other essential errands.

  • Light housekeeping and home safety support Maintaining a clean, safe living environment through tasks such as tidying, laundry, dishes, and basic home organization.

  • Respite care for family and caregivers Temporary support that allows family caregivers time to rest, attend to personal needs, or step away knowing their loved one is cared for.

Care is always tailored to the individual - no two care plans are the same.

Where Care Happens

While home is where most people feel safest and most comfortable, we understand that care needs can change. Our services may be provided in private homes, assisted living communities, nursing facilities, or hospice settings when appropriate.

This flexibility allows us to continue supporting individuals and families through different stages of care.

If you’re unsure what type of support is right for your situation, we’re here to help you think it through. We’ll listen, answer questions, and help you explore options that fit your needs.
